بناء فريق عمل … بعد مراجعة دقيقة لكم الوقت الكثير المهدور في يوم العمل، اكتشفت تشارلا، مدير تكنولوجيا المعلومات لاحدى الشركات، أن 20٪ من وقتها خلال الشهرين السابقين تم اهدارهم على حل المشاكل التي يتم تصعيدها من اعضاء فريق ال IT التي ترأسه, ويبدو أن كل مشكلة تحدث لفريقها لا يتم حلها الا بمساعدتها و اكتشفت بعدها ان يومها انتهى بدون ان تحقق اكتر من نصف المهام المطلوبة منها بسبب استجابتها الدائمة لحل مشاكل فريقها المستمرة لعدم قدرتهم على حلها بمفردهم بسبب اعتمادهم الدائم عليها و هو ما اكتشفت خطؤه مؤخرا لانها بذلك لن تبني فريق عمل بشخصيه قوية تستطيع الاعتماد عليه و لذلك قررت تقوية مهاراتهم و تدريبهم على حل مشاكلهم و زرع الشخصية القياديه بداخلهم حتى يمكن الاعتماد عليهم و لا يلجأون اليها الا في الضرورة القصوى و لذلك طلبت منهم الا يرجعون اليها الا في الضرورة.
